Free bicycles :) Great room also, everything we needed and tidy and clean. Very central, you can walk/ride to nearby markets and sights.

Smell of cigarettes smoke.

The breakfast is great! There are different varieties of foods. People who work at food area are quite friendly and patient.

Poor sound of insulation between the rooms.

I like the location of the property. I like the room space.

The bathroom has a sewer smell. Kinda need to run the fan often time.

The hotel was located next to many great restaurants and attractions. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. The shower had plenty of hot water. The staff were very helpful and spoke great English.

Close location to Guo Hua Street and many food delicacies

Some parts of room furniture and fittings (curtain dusty, sofa seat not very clean, balcony outside room window looks run down) were not properly maintained, the wall paper along the corridor in level allocated is relatively dark and gives gloomy sensation. Surprisingly, one of the reception staff was not able to advise us on a famous local morning market at all when we enquired, maybe not local staff.. Other counter staffs were generally helpful but would have been better if they were more friendly or put up a smile when we approached for help

The rooms are big and bright

The hotel shared the building with 2 other hotels, so the lift was really slow.

Location is ideal, walking distance from anything. The room are big and comfortable, also the bed.

The lobby need more furniture.The entrance of the building is pretry uglyA little expensive for the other offers

It is a very good location, close to many attractions and good restaurants.

The hotel staff do not have a very warm attitude. Nothing specific or any bad incidents, just not a welcoming feeling from them based on the conversation and their tones.

The deluxe room basically consists of two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The children liked the toys and design. We liked the great city view. The hotel has a washing machine for guests.

Breakfast was not included in our booking.

Location

The hotel building looks abit old but the interior is trendy and modern. Just worried about fire safety n etc as its a building shared with other businesses if i am not wrong.

elevators were not enough and really small, have to wait at least 10min to get on. the shower place was not clean and forgot to provide the towels

I will not choose this hotel next time due to fire security and noise.

The location was near restaurants and it was easy to take public transportations or order a cab.The room was quite spacious and modern. Good value for money.

There were some mold in my room’s curtains and chair.

The room is big and spacious. Very luxury stay. Breakfast is adequate. More on Asian menu. Transport easy to get. Walking distance to all nearby cafe and restaurant.

The location is very good. Many of the famous eating places are within short walking distance.

No laundry facilities within hotel.

Room just nice. Tourist spots nearby.Washer and dryer are available for long stay guest.

Great hotel, great location ,surrounded by many eateries. Nice, clean large room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Friendly reception staff.
